Indian Economy is one of the fastest growing economics in the world. It provides tremendous scope for the growth of Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are valuable because they bring new ideas to life that can create entirely new markets or revitalize existing ones, spur economic growth and create jobs.

In this dynamic world, women Entrepreneurs are an important part of the global quest for sustained economic development. In the words of Dr. APJ.s Abdul Kalam “Empowering women is a prerequisite for creating a good nation, when women are empowered society with stability is assured” .Empowerment of women is essential their thoughts and their value systems lead to the development of a good family, good society and ultimately a good nation.

Entrepreneur provides immediate large scale employment .Thus it helps to reduce the unemployment problem in the country which is the root of all socio economic problems. It stimulates the equitable redistribution of wealth, income and even political power in the interest of the country. It also induces backward and forward linkages which stimulate the process of economic development in the country.

Keeping these points in view, startup cells were started in all disciplines in the academic year 2018-19.The Startup Cells of all departments are functioning well. Varied activities like industrial visit, Conducting meeting, Conducting Exhibition were carried out.SAC Bazaar was conducted on 02.02.2019. in which students from all departments exhibited their products and they learnt marketing and managerial skills. Objectives

• To make the students aware of the various new avenues of the emerging trends in Entrepreneurship.
• Conducting Entrepreneurship Development Programmes to eradicate unemployment problem.
• To make the students Job providers instead of Job seekers.
