Message from the Secretary’s Desk
“We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future." Franklin D. Roosevelt These words by Franklin D. Roosevelt perfectly describe our aim at Seethalakshmi Achi College for Women. Beyond providing a sound education, we wish to provide our students a holistic learning experience for life. “If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate an entire family.” From these words of Mahatma Gandhiji we realise the utmost importance of women's education and strive our best in making our young women, the pillars of the society at large. Truly inspired by the visions of eminent educationists, we come up with a strong commitment to use innovative approach for spreading knowledge. We are at the doorsteps of new challenges and opportunities with a pledge of making our college a centre of excellence. We endeavour for a stress free and caring environment for nurturing young minds. Honing the technical skills for employment & entrepreneurship is given priority. The career preparation initiative has been complimented further by General Awareness and knowledge. I am confident that with the support of all our Parents, stakeholders and community at large, the College will accelerate its momentum towards its objectives and continue to add value to life.
